Experience was excellent, from booking, to dropping off and collection. The receptionist even made sure to call me to confirm the car was ready before going into a business training session

Holly was welcoming & efficient on both my recent visits. Richard was also most efficient. The work on my mini was carried out in estimated time and fully explained to me.
