Guarantees and indemnities may be required. ‘MINI Select’ is a form of hire purchase agreement provided by MINI Financial Services, a trading name of BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd, Summit ONE, Summit Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 0FB. Howards Barnstaple MINI trading as Howards Barnstaple introduces customers to MINI Financial Services only for vehicle finance. We do not consider finance offered by other lenders and do not provide independent financial advice. If you enter into a finance agreement, MINI Financial Services will pay us a fixed commission. The amount of commission varies for different vehicle models. The APR and the interest rate that you pay for your finance agreement with MINI Financial Services is fixed by them. Howards Barnstaple MINI cannot change the APR and/or the commission for your finance agreement. MINI Financial Services takes into account the payment of commission when they set the APRs which we offer to customers. The amount of commission will be disclosed to you in good time before you sign the finance agreement. Howards Barnstaple will arrange the sale of the vehicle from MINI UK to MINI Financial Services.
